Missing from bourtie near inverurie in aberdeenshire, AB51 area, Scotland on Tuesday, 5th August 2014

a woman in a blue Passat was seen stopped with Jess around the time she disappeared (4.30pm). It may be a coincidence but as jess hasn't been seen since we really want to hear form this person.
