From facebook: "Anyone know who's dog this is? Tied up and abandoned down hemmingwell fields. She's a Collie cross. No micro-chip, at the vets being treated now then collected by RSPCA later today. In disgusting condition! Very underweight, absolutely covered in fleas, missing half her fur, nails are severely overgrown causing her to barely be able to walk. Beautiful little dog that is just broken. Never seen such a sad dog. So friendly and timid."
