Found with throat slit now with RSPCA after recovering from emergency surgery and is now recovering.Anthony Pulfer, the RSPCA inspector who saved the animal, believes somebody had deliberately hurt Star. “The wound was very straight as if cut by a knife and, of course, there was the bandage. It had not been wrapped around Star in a very effective way and was not stopping the blood flow, but it had obviously been put there intentionally in some half-hearted attempt to help.”
