Missing from Tyne Green, Hexham, Northumberland, NE46 area, North East on Saturday, 11th January 2014

*** SIGHTINGS ON SUNDAY 12TH JANUARY *** with a man in black coat, dragging her towards a car park, near area she went missing which was TYNE GREEN, BESIDE A CLOSED CAFE AND BOAT HOUSE, NR MAIN HEXHAM BRIDGE. Eilidh is 15 YEARS OLD, BLIND and DEAF. If FOUND she must be reported to the Council Dog Warden (which is the LAW)
