Found in Main Road through Caerwent Village in between Eastgate Crescent and Vicarage Gardens on the pavement approaching the Coach & Horses Pub / Crossroads on Saturday, 7th September 2013

This dog was taken to Whitewall Kennels in Magor where they assured me it woul be looked after.
