Missing from Sandy lane junction on Top Street Martlesham, Suffolk at 1.20/1.30pm. A man in his late twenties stopped traffic in a BLACK/BLUE RENAULT TRAFIC VAN into which he put my dogs (with child in frontseat), IP12 area, East Anglia on Monday, 29th July 2013
