Female Bichon Frise White (Age: Adult)

Found in Waterfoot, rossendale, lancashire on Monday, 4th March 2013

The dog was very timid but eventually allowed us to catch her. She looked like she had been missing for a while as she looked in need of a good bath! She wad wearing a red/pink (hard to tell in the dark) collar with metal bones on the strap. I left the dog with a woman who offered to wait with the dog until a warden from lancashire council arrived. The image is not of the dog but looks similar.
