Cocker Spaniel Black & Chocolate (Age: Adult)

Found in Near the community centre in Mortimer street, Herne Bay on Monday, 19th November 2012

Sighted only, nearly got hold of the dog but the dog was spooked by an other large dog and ran away. The lady that tried to catch him had to carry on with her journey to pick up her child from school. She is returning daily to try and find this dog.
