Found in Sighted Only on Topsham Road, Exeter on Wednesday, 18th July 2012

Whilst waiting in traffic on Topsham Road saw a collie possibly cross going through rubbish on pavement. Obviously on its own, possible leather collar. Unable to stop as nowhere to pull over but rang the Exeter Dog Warden service and left a message. Looked like a possible blue mearle coat colour.
