Vanished from relative's garden, Kings Road, Basildon, SS15 4AQ on 2nd July, believed stolen & passed on. Billy has a unique bond with an autistic boy who is still missing his best friend and remains totally devastated! Billy is a microchipped, castrated Border Terrier. He may be around Bursted Church, Dunton area. Please help reunite this child & his best friend.
