Lurcher White With Black Markings

Found in SIGHTED ONLY running down Leigh Road - crossed the entrance to Howe Bridge Sports Centre but disappeared out of sight before we managed to get a photo....went to look on the fields but no sign of dog on Tuesday, 21st February 2012

Dog is very tall and extremely underweight, ribs protruding quite badly, would guess he/she has been lost for a considerable amount of time....Currently have travellers in the area could this dog have been transported from further afield?
