Missing from Northampton NN3 8EH, NN3 area, Central on Thursday, 19th May 2011

Originally FOUND on Sunday 1st May 2011 in very poor health but missing for only an hour. 'Owner' reclaimed him but got rid of Jasper immediately, before RSPCA could intervene. THis person has been targeted with letters, posters and phone calls, but still will not say what he's done with Jasper. We have information implying that Jasper has been harmed, so campaign being stepped up. We'll keep looking until we have info one way or the other.
