Collie Cross Black/white, Probably Tri

Found in Collie type running along Trallwm, SA15 5HP seen at 8am, SA15 area, Wales on Tuesday, 7th September 2010

Dog is VERY nervous, running away across fields and down road. Looks like collie type, possibly tri colour, might even be a bit of GSD in there, can't get close enough. Impression is youngish, but can't be sure. Will notify dog warden when open.
