She is chipped although chip has slipped to chest/shoulder area, registered to previous address. Trouble is wearing a brown/black collar with owners contact details on. IF FOUND SHE MUST BE REPORTED TO THE COUNCIL DOG WARDEN AS REQUIRED (BY LAW)
