This Dog was Sighted in INCE, WIGAN. We are unable to post the exact location as this Dog was in an Incident with 2 other dogs that were with its owner, this Dog was not with anyone. This has been reported to the Dog Warden to . This Dog was not in the area when the Dog Warden checked. I Received a call from the sighter who was shocked by what she witnessed. The owner of the other 2 dogs did get up and walk away. As far as we are aware after talking to the police No attack was reported to them.
