Found in Laughton Woods, Laughton. Lincolnshire DN21 on Sunday, 25th March 2018

Female Border Terrier / cross found running down the road in Laughton Woods at 7pm, presumed dumped at this stage. Dog in severe neglected state, with chronic skin condition (probably mange), overgrown nails, and what is left of her hair matted solid. Underweight. In the care of Wiccaweys Border Collies. Local Authorities / Dog warden will notified in the morning. Photos to be added later.
