Male Border Collie Red And White (Age: Young Adult)

Found in Llanllywel, Usk...not contained but wandering on Saturday, 12th August 2017

playing with dogs, wearing a collar...nervous of humans...looks fit and not accepting food. Finder has reported but as not "contained" kennels cannot come out.
