Carlow/Kilkenny Dog Shelter - 4 pups were found, possibly abandoned but we are posting in case there is an owner missing them, none are microchipped, they are all in good condition but nervous. They came into our care yesterday Thursday 28th of July, they were found in Carlow. If not reclaimed by their owner they will be up for adoption but please no enquiries until we post an update.
