What a lovely girl and what beautiful brown eyes Poppy has. She's very pretty. I do hope that Poppy's owner will be reunited with her very soon and really sorry to hear that her owner is so unwell. I wish two things: one that Poppy's owner makes a good recovery very soon and that Poppy is back home to keep her company. Awful thing to say really, but this missing story should certainly tug at a few heart strings. Can we get some local coverage? Come home very, very soon sweet Poppy.

Tori, Poppy's photo was elongated and it's been corrected. I'm not sure whether you'll think she looks more like a whippet cross though.

Poppy doesn't look very much like a Whippet in the photo, maybe the other influence in the X is stronger. Poppy is a gorgeous girl and it's a great photo of her. Hope she is safely home soonxxx

I have received a text from owners friend. Owner is seriously ill in hospital. Friend states there was a possible sighting of Poppy in Bilston about a week ago. We urgently need to get Poppy home!

Sunnyside have a load of dogs being brought in from around the region will make contact with them shortly to see if Poppy is one of them

As soon as admin receives a photograph, the poster can be emailed out to helpers. Posters need to be displayed as soon as possible. Lamp posts, entrances to parks, dog bins, vets, pet shops, ask postmen to take to sorting office, milkmen, bin men, taxi drivers, schools, pubs, youth clubs, newsagents, post offices, all takeaway food shops, including Mcdonalds , dog training clubs, supermarkets, car parks, and in car windows. Hand out smaller posters or cards to people, especially dog walkers and deliver to houses etc. Police stations, and Dog Wardens, R.S.P.C.A , and all rescue centres need checking frequently, and preferably visited in person by owner or someone who knows Poppy well.
