Agree and really need a lot more information on dates names to establish if civil dispute or missing/theft especially what was the written agreement and if signed by all parties and if witnessed.
The problem is once have made decision to give a dog away you are giving up rights so its important to see what the agreement was.
I have sent email and once get more information will be in a better situation to advise.
This is going to be difficult especially as he isnt chipped. Can only hope he has a forever loving home. Good luck x

Gumtree pets lost and found. Ad Id 1135044774. This dog was rehomed 5 months ago original owner trying to find him to make sure he is ok. Perhaps Barnard could give some further information on this
A little confused as to where this dog was lost, it states TN23 post code but then states Maidstone as area, and that is not that post code. Will gladly share but would like to be able to give better details thanks
Alerts sent to helpers in TN23-26.
