wigan is located centrally between manchester liverpool preston and warrington. ashton in makerfield/ haydock are near to st helens which comes under the merseyside boundry.

Poor old girl - hope she is found very soon! Surely if she is unsteady on her feet she can't have gone too far. Poster the area heavily!!! Someone must have seen her. Sorry that I'm too far away to help, but hope she can be transferred to the 'blue' side asap.

if you get a picture up then my friend says she will get it up to people who walk in haigh hall and around the river at coppull lane which is in wn1 . marus bridge is quite a long way for old legs to get though. itis nearer to Ashton in makerfield. the local vets will be Lukevan de djck. off wigan Lane.and he is reallygood . hope this makes sense ,again not my personal knowledge

Has Micas owner got a picture of her so I can email her poster to all the rescue centres in the area?Where is marus bridge up north please?Owners please ring the local council dog warden ASAP and all the vets in the area with a picture if possible.If she is elderly that is where anyone who finds her may take her first.Please get a piccie we really must get the old girl home.

Poor little love, she needs to be found really, soon. Surely she cannot have gone far under her own steam, bless her; just hope some well meaning person hasn't got her thinking she's been dumped because of her age. Flood the area with posters. Try contacting the local radio and newspapers, I feel sure they'll pick it up because of her age. Come on sweetheart come home soon x
