- Other Info This is my friends whippet. She was walking with 2 other dogs and ran off. The others have returned but despite constant searching we have had no sightings. Please help bring this gorgeous girl home. She's tattooed and chip will register to DT11. Not got collar on.

- YES!!! Purdy has been found. Helpers were just about to give up searching when they had one last look and saw her in almost the same place as she had run off from. Her owner phoned to say he is on the way to the vet with her now, very thin and weak but safe.

- Message from Purdy's owner today, still no sightings but now think that she could have headed north towards Bloxworth unless she has been found and not reported yet . He is so grateful for all the help, she has to be out there somewhere.

- Just got back from walking my two dogs in Wareham Forest. No sighting i'm afraid. Hope she's found soon.

- I was really hoping to see Purdy in the blue tonight. I have put her forward for our section in Countryman's Weekly magazine. At least with the good weather more people will be out walking in the Forrest so more chance of her being spotted.

- No sightings today, I am hoping Purdy has been picked up by some kind person who will contact the dog warden in the morning. Being a bank holiday maybe they have not been able to get hold of one today.

- Just spoken to Purdy's owner, he has been back searching, sorry to say there has been no sign of her since yesterday when she was still with the other dog which returned alone. Vets,,kennels, and others aware. I am about to take posters, if anyone else is visiting the forest please can they do the same. Purdy is 7 years old,chipped, tattooed and spayed.
