Have you had a look at Carol Pickles Upton - Pickles Home from Home facebook page who has found and is kindly looking after a male pomeranian?
Male Pomeranian on SDK services website - does not say has been claimed - found in Bromley BR4
Texted owner to ask to check out found dog.

He has a distinctive black spot on his testicle area
On one of his paws, he has a bold patch of hair, quite close to the joint of the paw.
