I had hoped there had been a genuine reason for a group of youngsters to take her away in a shopping trolley !! But she still has not been returned this morning...Poor Tilly, she will be so bewildered & scared ,away from familiar scents & surroundings & her owner. Her owner also distraught 💔
Someone urgently please needs to do the right thing. 🙏
