Heather - I have just spoken with Lulu's owner and urged them to contact the kennels to check if the found girl is theirs.

This little one is still in kennels, awaiting transfer to rehoming centre
any update?
A cocker called Lulu is missing from Liverpool. Looks very like this one. Owner is Karen Bell 07714107449. Dog is listed on Scouse pets 2 on Facebook. I tried to add a comment to that page but it's still pending waiting approval by their admin.
Beautiful girl.
