Brief update, she is doing well and still with the RSPCA. Sorry it’s brief but obviously there are investigations being carried out.

Carolynl the Boxer you are thinking of that ran off after being hit by a car was poor Hugo who was sadly found deceased.

I did wonder - thought she may be a boxer dog...I'm at work right now but was there not a lost/missing boxer who ran off after being hit or thought hit by a car? Can't recall if that one was found? Sorry, can't search right now but will try & see if can find post later - this evening x

This dog is a Boxer dog not a bull dog cross , please change breed incase owner is looking for her.

The dog is at the vets under the care of the RSPCA receiving treatment and is safe and well.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
Please check on our Missing pages in case the Found dog has been registered as missing with us.
