Hello. I saw Bella in the woods on the edge of High Salvington around 9.30 this morning. The first time she came just from the edge of the lower half of the top field greeted my dog and went back out again. As she came in from the edge I thought she was with someone just on the field as this happens quite often.
Around five minutes later she caught up with us again. She didn’t look distressed. She just seemed to want to greet my dog. I could see anyone with her but as I was heading out towards the field I thought I could check once we got there. Both dogs followed the path ahead of me. Unfortunately when I caught up with them my own dog had gone out onto the field but Bella had turn off somewhere. I looked around for anyone who looked as if they were looking for a dog but didn’t see anyone. I wrongly assumed her owner must have been in the woods with her somewhere just behind us..
I’m very sorry I did not do more at the time and hope you find her very soon.
