If dry place his cage in the garden UNDER SUPERVISION. with door open, and place some millet just outside the cage door; call his name too. And play a recording of another budgie, talking, whistling. You should be able to find a recording on utube. and of course poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Someone may have taken him in. Post in shops; post offices too. Hand out as many posters as you can; where and when you can. Ask family, friends, and neighbous to share as well as DL Twitter too. Consider posting a LOST Budgie in a local newspaper. Claws xd.

  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
  • Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
