RSPCA inspectors say the chow chow was seconds from death when she was seen on the tracks near Liverpool Central station by a train driver at 8.20am on Sunday.
The driver was able to stop just in time and rescue the dog, whose thick fur was singed, before contacting the RSPCA.

Could this be him ? Found in Beckton. Chipped but apparently chipped not registered. If you think it could be him you might be able to check the chip number against yours ?!

I doubt the dog the beggars have is this dog as there is a big campaign trying to help these dogs. The beggars are Romanian and their dogs have Romanian chips.

I checked with petlog they have said the dog is not marked as stolen. She said he has no marking in his microchip

I saw a chow chow about 2 weeks ago in Royal Victoria Docks. I think the walker was a woman with dark hair. Can't remember if white or asian yet. I remember as it was unusual to see a chow chow.

Why were these people there in the first place posing as RSPCA
Had the puppy been up for sale
Was he from a rescue
Are the owners working with the police

Poster around the area; post flyers through doors too, Ask around especially those with children, as they can be very observant. Post in shops; post offices too. Hand out as many posters as you can; where and when you can. Keep making Ramzis "TOO HOT TO HANDLE" Post a LOST CAT ad in a National newspaper too. Paws xd.
