Found in Chester city centre with two homeless men on Saturday, 17th October 2015

A black and white dog was with two homeless men in Chester this afternoon, they said they found him wandering 3 days ago and didnt have a phone to ring rspca. I let them use my phone to ring dog warden who is supposed to be collecting him from Chester bus terminal today. The men were initially outside Primark with the dog and then when moved him down a side street (Queen St), as they told us he was being aggressive with children passing so they wanted to get someone to collect him.
