TWO DOGS SIGHTED NOT CAUGHT

Found in A1 southbound Heading North on Friday, 6th March 2015

I wish to report the sighting of two poor little dogs/bitches tied together 3-4 ft of rag or possibly 2 leads tied together running along side the A1 NR SANDY heading north on the southbound section is approx place spotted!on the grass verge I could not stop as there was no where safe to stop I was traveling south from black cat round about I will have to look at a map to try & work out/remember exactly where I thought they must be just escaped or abandoned as they really were moving there was a sma
