Found in cockenzie and port seton on Tuesday, 21st January 2014

I spotted a very scared dog running along the road at 11 this morning I couldn't catch it as I had the buggy with me and it was too scared, it was a lab sized black and tan short haired dog with a thick brown collar, it was running in the direction of prestonpans
