Missing from River by Hermitage walk, Dunkeld Perthshire Scotland PH8 0JR, PH8 area, Scotland on Sunday, 24th February 2019

Rossi fell into a swift flowing river at 1:30 this afternoon (Sunday 24 Feb 2019) upstream from Black Linn Falls and hasn’t been seen since. She was wearing a purple collar with tag. Would appreciate as many people as possible to help search along the river and in nearby forest area.
