Brilliant news that this senior girl is back home. A HUGE thank you to Lesley for probably saving her life when you spotted her on such a busy road. And what a good girl Ebony was for being such a calm passenger in a strange environment and with 4 other dogs! And finally further thanks to Firhill Pet Hotel for providing safe and secure temporary accomodation until her owners were able to collect Ebony. Just one small (but VERY important request) could this precious girl have a nice, new shiney tag to compliment her chip as a welcome home present?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi I am Lesley who picked up Ebony I am so glad she is re-united with her devoted owner. She was a loverly girl and just sat on my frount seat like an angel. I am still amazed that no one else stopped, I can not see a dog running loose on a main road and not do anything. She must have wondered what was going on with 4 labs in the back as well and the Kennels got a bit of a surprise when I arrived. No more running off Ebony and enjoy the rest of your life. Owner keep going back to where she went from as she may just go back to where you last had her put lots of posters up and if this was a wood area make a good search of that area as she may have got tied and laid down. I hope she is home soon good she is chipped. make sure you contact all the rescues and also dog wardens in your are and adjoining areas and also the police station to see if anyone has reported her to them take a poster they may display it for you. I will put this on BIGGSD web sight. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
