The following came through to me by email from Dogwatch Alerts today:

2. Stray Spaniel

A black and white springer spaniel was taken to a dog rescue group on 1/1/13. The dog is male, half docked tail, and is estimated to be at least 18 months of age. It was recovered in the Staverton area of Gloucestershire. It does not appear to be microchipped, but it is thought that it may have been stolen. Details can be found on the dog lost website. Could this be one of the many spaniels stolen recently; – see Dogwatch 866. Any information to: 01865 293955.
