Thank you so much for your help and advise. The lady who was seen holding Belle saw one of the many posters we had put up and called us, so our baby belle is now home safely with her family being spoilt of course :) Thank you again your support was much appreciated.

Did you get any further when you phoned your local council during office hours? Make sure you contact all neighbouring councils as well, and Battersea. Also, are the contact details on her chip correct and up to date - worth checking and notifying m/c company she is missing.

It's the cut backs. Don't worry, the council's keep changing their minds about out of hours service. If dog wardens aren't working when your dog is found, quite often the finder will keep the dog overnight. But you still need to tell him/her. Once you have postered where you are currently doing, start postering further afield. Make this precious baby so hot, they have to let her go. x

Thank you Dee I phoned that number at about 6pm and was told that they do not have an out of hours dog warden by the person answering the phone. He has told me to call 020 8215 3000 tomorrow morning

Thank you so much I have postered the area and my son is still out postering. I have contacted the pdsa, police, battersea dogs home, microchip, my local vets and unfortunately the dog wardens do not work in my area out of office hours, however I have a number to contact them tomorrow. Thank you so much xx

Owners, you need to poster really heavily in the whole area, REALLY heavily. Get hundreds of posters up. This will lead to sightings & that will lead to your Belle. Act quickly. You need the whole world to know she's missing. Have you spoken to the dog warden? You really must check local rescues every day as sometimes people forget and with no chip its harder to remember, but if you call them regualrly, they can't forget. Tell all Vets in your area and surrounding areas - use the advert on the right side of this page for details. And keep reminding them, daily. Who saw her picked up, where & when? This will give us a better idea of what to do next. If she does'nt get handed in, you may need to report her as stolen to the police. This is why we need some more info, if you can. Let's get out there and poster! let's get this lovely girl home! x
