- Yes, Anstey comes under Charnwood council so should be at College Garth Kennels as charlie and sooty said, the dog warden's number is 07442535012

- PKPK2016 you telephone your local council offices and ask to be put through to the Dog Warden. They are probably not working today so it will now have to wait until Monday. That is what we do in this area and I am sure all other areas.

- We believe Kevin was found last night and is now in the care of the local dog warden. Owner has been informed so hopefully he will be home soon.
