- 2016-02-04 21:30 NikkieCapstick
- Oh no :( Maybe it's better than a quick decision so they're really thinking about it and it's not a straight "no you can't have him back" etc. Trying to look on bright side!x

- Its an awful shame no matter how friendly a dog is the law is the law and until that law is changed not a lot can be done about it .
- 2016-02-02 18:41 Unknown
- I know it happens a lot. Mistakes are made, human error so it's very sad. I put staffie x as people see pitbull and get a bit funny! Owners are onto DDA and all the other organisations to get help.Last edited: 2016-02-02 18:42:19

- The last case I heard of very similar to this one the dog was not returned to the owners .
- 2016-02-02 18:34 Unknown
- Not a staffie x he is an American pitbull fully licensed and excempt. He is chipped (breed American pitbull and tattooed) he got out so police have to check history and papers before a decision is made to let him go home. As an owner of an excempt dog it's your responsibility to ensure he is fully supervised and also muzzled etc when out. As he escaped it's something police take seriously even if he is placid and non aggressive. Fingers crossed he gets home Last edited: 2016-02-02 18:38:36

- He's licensed under the dangerous dogs act x
- 2016-02-02 17:41 Rose
- He is being held cos he is a staffie cross. What is he crossed with? I presume police run through tests to see if he aggresive x
- 2016-02-02 17:37 NikkieCapstick

- 2016-02-02 15:36 NikkieCapstick

- 2016-02-02 15:35 Unknown
- I just hope he doesn't come reactive in kennels.
- 2016-02-02 15:31 NikkieCapstick
- I'm anxious for the owners. Really hope they give him another chance x
- 2016-02-02 15:22 NikkieCapstick
- Oh no! That does make sense.. Not something I would have thought of but agree re checking paperwork. Hope Fudge makes it home. Everything crossed for him!
- 2016-02-02 15:18 Unknown
- Not yet. SDK handed him to the police. He is totally legal but it's not good that an excempt dog was running loose. Apparently he sneaked out of the door. He is being checked as is his paperwork. Not all get to go home once they are found loose. By all accounts he is a big softy x
- 2016-02-02 14:14 NikkieCapstick
