Oops thank you, have amended date to Jan. Venus was in fact found a couple of days ago and owner sent us a message which must have gone astray. I put today's date as the Reunited day, so that everyone following this one can see it, otherwise it would have gone right down the page.Last edited: 2016-01-21 22:18:25 by Owl

Wonderful news, I hope Venus is well considering how long she has been caught up, I'm sure a vet-check will give the family some reassurance .... stay safe from now-on, Venus:-)

Wonderful news... Welcome home Venus, enjoy those cuddles... x

Venus had her lead wrapped round blackthorn in a hedge, which kept her safe as the area is full of part frozen pools and creeks. She was found by her owner after he heard her bark.

Any news of sightings? x

What about taking a vocal dog ( pref one she knows) plus torch and company over the walk at night and enticing it to bark, at night sound travels so she may answer if caught up, do hope all ends well.

Wherever she went missing you would need to keep checking in and around the area as i woukd think that long lead may possibly.be caught around something by now! I am too far away to help but good luck.

I've contacted the Gee's and made them aware. I've also emailed Bossoms Boat Yard, Binsey to alert them. Have the owners been in touch with Medley Farm, Binsey? That's the PYO place. I'm sure they will have but just in case the numbers are 01865 241251, 0787701911 or Rachel on 07984637943. Good luck.

I know the owners of the farm and all the employees so will ring them right now to make them aware. I was there yesterday but didn't know she was missing then sadly, or I would have gone searching the area. Any more information would be good and a photo. Stay safe girl.
