I saw a dog lookin like him .. i cant be sure though .. a man had him. is this dog friendy with others. beacuse the man was uneasy with my dog being off the lead and i had to hold my dog back. i live in stevenage and normally know all the dogs my area thats why this dog stuck out. i knwo its far away but the dog was beefy like this one and looked very simmilar xx

What a lovely handsome Staffy with THE most gorgeous and gentle face. Yes, I agree with searcher, posters will be 'key' in helping you find your boy. Poster like mad and get family and friends to help you. Make Max the hottest boy in town. Visit all local pubs and ask them to display a poster. Make a point of actually speaking to the regulars who will have plenty of local contacts and will be a mine of local info. Also many dogs are traded on via pubs and someone might remember seeing something or might know of someone who has recently acquired a 'new Staffy' from the photo, he certainly doesn't look his age and might be sold on as a younger dog. Also take a picture of Max into one of those high street printing shops (I wouldn't know how to do it myself, but you might even be able to do this on your own computer or you might have a friend who can do it for you) and ask them to reproduce the photo (approx 12 to a page and just printed onto A4 paper or thin card). Write your contact details on the back and hand them out to as many people as possible, including the pub customers. That way when someone spots Max or comes across info about him, they will have his details to hand, rather than having to return to a poster. Also make sure you, your family and friends display a poster in your car windows. It's good to see that Max is chipped and neutered. Good Luck and I really hope that you find Max very soon.
