This is another one worth eliminating perhaps.
Might be genuine ad but a few details of interest
Notice the mistake with date of birth. Dogs Name 'Lady' same also. Could she have been scanned and a story invented about the name and address but dogs name unchanged ?
The one being sold looks to have lighter area to chest but photo cuts off just above.
Like I say, may be genuine but....

Has anyone looked into this ad in relation to Lady. The dog is still for sale and has been viewed by another family searching for their dog. This one is advertised as a year old. Apparently she and a pug are being sold by travellers in Cannock. The spaniel pup is being kept outside tethered on a rope and is quite dirty, poorly housed. Could this be your girl ?, bearing in mind how the face changes as pup grows.

Just posting this as she might be your girl. I have also contacted charlottes owner.but note the white fleck to chest. Ad doesnt ring true, similar age and description to yours. Be careful though as ads get taken down quickly.
Found on gumtree. Seller also listed pug puppy for sale.
