- Other Info rescue dog being handed to new foster carer, collar snapped and she escaped. has been sighted in montrose town centre. police informed and assisting with search. name not given as previous owners uncontactable and she is very nervous and wont answer to it so we dont want them to find out the wrong way. just contact us or police if sighted or caught.
