Reunited photo uploaded, you may have to refresh your screen to view it.

Tammy had to be carried back to the house in the trap so she didn't bolt, still in survival mode so these things take time.Last edited: 2015-12-04 00:41:05 by Jackalee (Kathryn) - Area Co-ordinator - Greater Manchester

What can I say other than WOO HOOOOO!!! Little Miss Tammy eventually went into one of the traps. I've just been to see her and she looks remarkably well to say what she has gone through.

Reunited photos will be uploaded soon. Many Tears Rescue had been absolutely amazing!!! Anne-Louise, Eff, Cai, Chelsea, Emma, Ali, Steve, Adele and probably many others I haven't personally met have pulled out ALL the stops. Travelled from all over to help bring this little girl home. It's been very much a team effort and all our hard work has finally paid off. TEAM TAMMY ROCKS!!!!

WELCOME HOME TAMMY!!!!

SIGHTING OF TAMMY in the last half hour.........WOO HOOOOOO!!! She was back on the farm where she was at weekend. Possibly the awful weather has forced her back there. Also there are allotments at the back of the golf course and it was the general consensus that due to no sightings she may have moved on to this area. A path leads from the allotments down the side of the cemetery, straight to the farm.

Just in from searching, no further sightings this afternoon but the weather has took a real turn for the worse, think Tammy will be taking shelter somewhere. Tammy is getting braver, has been as far up as the back of the Stamford Arms this morning which is directly opposite her house. Just needs to cross that road and she is home!! So close now!! The trap is at the back of the Stamford and the lovely Cai and Chelsea from the rescue are staying near it all night, out in the open, in this weather......absolute stars!!!!

Another couple of sightings this morning around the farm just off the golf course, latest about 40 mins ago. Anne-Louise and Eff from the rescue Tammy came from have been on the golf course since 5.30 and it finally paid off, even managed a photo of her, it's definitely Tammy. I've just dropped the owner off and settled her in the field to sit and wait, just praying Tammy shows her face again. The farm have been great, ringing at any sighting. Others from the rescue have travelled up today and they are currently skirting the area where Tammy is and the trap is being moved to the farm area.

All fingers and paws crossed please!!

Very pleased to see you have a sighting. Best of luck, and please can everyone work with Jackalee on this and do exactly as she advises.

POSSIBLE SIGHTING - a small black dog seen this morning on the golf course, possibly wearing a harness. Can I ask anyone searching to STAY OFF THE GOLF COURSE. Too many people would either spook Tammy to move on or interfere with any scent trails that the family have laid to guide her home. If anyone sees anything, PLEASE DON'T SHOUT or CHASE her but let us know ASAP.

Family have been on the scene for a couple of hours. Nothing seen but their other dog picked up a very strong scent.

Come on Tammy, time to come home!!!!! Last edited: 2015-11-27 10:42:21 by Jackalee (Kathryn) - Area Co-ordinator - Greater Manchester

Had news of a poodle cross found in Flixton and currently with R.T.Jones Vets in Urmston. This little dog is a male and is chipped to another country. I have contacted and cross referenced just in case, not Tammy. Hoping to get the found dogs details to add to website later.

I can't tell you how many messages, people pulling over, stopping me, knocking on my door I've had, wonderful people all looking out for Tammy. The response has been fantastic! So many people have been walking the area, with or without dogs. Posters are up in the area but we could still do with more. All the right people, organisations have been contacted. The owner has also been to Manchester Dogs Home today to make sure all scenarios have been covered. Come on Tammy, give us a clue girl......x

Just spoken to the owner. They were searching until around 10 last night and have been out since 7am. Searched Churchfields, Grove Road, canal, bridal paths from Millbrook through to Mossley. Staley Road, Golf club.....sadly no sign and no further sightings today. BonBon you may be right, Tammy is very adept at chewing through leads, collars etc so there is a possibility that she has done this to the extender if she has become snagged somewhere. Lots of calls have been made to vets, Dogs Trust etc.

We now need posters and lots of them!! We need to get everyone looking for this little girl, we need sightings coming in to indicate which direction she headed last night!! I'm heading down to the family shortly, if anyone is able to help please contact me on here, I will be monitoring from out and about. Thanks.
BonBon
When searching and spotted, no sound of extendable lead was heard. Tammy was too quick and it was too dark to see if there was a lead. As I would expect the handle to be clattering on the floor, there is a strong possibility that she has detached it somehow.
