Wow, welcome home Lizzie! Power of the chip yet again. I bet the call, however much anticipated, wished for and the best thing ever, was a big shock after all this time!!  So pleased for Lizzie's family. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thank you to everybody who has been trying to help. We have had phonecalls from Bulwell Hall Estate saying she has been seen but no one has managed to catch her yet. We had calls on Sunday about a Russell on Woodborough Road, we went out in the driving rain and caught someone elses dog!, luckily he was collared and his family collected him from the police station the next day. Hopefully we'll be lucky too soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

That sounds really positive, hopefully someone nice has found her and doesn't know about microchips so they need to see a poster. Keep checking with the police station and dog warden regularly so they keep Lizzie in mind.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Another 50 posters all over St Anns this morning that generated 4 phone calls with sightings, unfortunately all earlier in the week. Still quite excited though as two people mentioned Magdala Road as where Lizzie was seen tearing off to. Tomorrow I am going to put a leaflet through the letter box of every house, hopefully somebody knows something and will come forward.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Lizzie's mum - don't get downhearted keep positive, keep up the postering, talking to people and spreading the word. It is very early days and use your energy and anger to drive you to keep spreading the news. Someone knows where Lizzy is and we just need to make sure we target as many people as possible, get them all talking and get her back that way. Have pm'd you my mobile number, please give me a call and we can try and get a story in the local papers to see if we can generate some calls.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thank you to everyone who is trying to help us locate our beloved Lizzie. We are putting up more posters today and have informed everyone we can think of. If you think you see her please call me on 07775 880362 and we will be straight over. She has a small harmless cyst on her forehead that feels like a bead when you stroke her. Please keep looking. Thank you again. FiLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Lizzy's brother was recovered on Woodborough road the day they went missing. Lizzy was with him but ran off when the finder tried to catch her. She has been seen by local police who said her collar has been removed. Please contact the owner immediately if you see her!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
