- Poor Jake being stolen like that and ending up with DW, who failed to contact owner...as for the man who admitted taking Jake from the from garden...He needs to be arrested for theft!..It seems the DW and Police have let Jake down big time. .Hope his owners take it further!.. Don't leave him alone in garden from now on..Stay do safe Jake xx

- *REUNIED* 3/10 Rang owner Jake back home. Apparently gentleman came to their door 8pm night he was stolen saying had taken Jake to vet and wanted money for vet bill before dog returned. Owner said they would pay the vet bill and rang all local vets but they had not treated Jake. A neighbour I believe found out where Jake was and owners contacted police. They agreed they had taken the dog and said how they got him from the garden but by this time it was with DW. This dog is m/chipped and yet the DW did not contact the owner. Police werent very helpful. Stay very safe now Jake. It must be law that all DW's check for m/chips the same time the law comes in for all dogs to be m/chipped x
