Moushka has been located and is safe so I will put her over to the blue.
I have spoken to a couple of people about Moushka and it does sound like it is an owner dispute and will need to be sorted out by both parties.

Kate 86 has just rung to say Moushka is with her so technically not lost...and the poster knows she is okay....it seems this is now out of our hands as we deal with lost and found dogs not disputes...however will keep thread open until our local co-ordinator Helen can update.

No need to look she's not lost just the owner being a little childish over a personal argument, so no 1 needs to waist there time and effort
