Just checking on Spook & Buffy, still no firm leads as to their where abouts or if they are together. How far away are you from IP13 2 missing labs, Daisy & Blossem. Maybe you could cross poster in your areas. Stay safe xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Only just spotted this one & was working in Pulham Market/diss area today! Will keep my eyes open when out that way & do what I can since my own trailhound had 10 days on the run last year! If there are specific sightings of Spook & Buffy it is possible for me to come and walk my trailhound (Judy) out that way & try and coax them out...Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I have just spoken to the owners of Spook and Buffy and they say there are loads of posters out there now. A couple of days after these dogs went missing, apparently they got a phone call saying they had been seen at Pulham St Mary which was about 12 miles from where they live. They shot over to the area and also went up in a helicopter to see if they could see anything but no luck. These dogs were still together at that time but no sightings since. I was just checking if there was any news on Spook, it all seems to have gone very quiet. Has the owner been able to get out there with lots of posters, speak to people, dog walkers postman, milk man etc. Keep contacting the local dog wardens, police, and rescue centres,(calling in person if possible.) What about the Dogs Trust where Spook came from, are they able to offer any advice. Is the area that she has gone missing very rural? I'm in Devon so too far away to be much use. Just don't give up on these two dogs, keep postering. Good luck. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Spoken to the owners of Spook and Buffy this morning. No sightings as yet. Apparently the dogs went missing from their home in Syleham Eye Suffolk by digging under a fence. They have done this before but never been out as long as this. The Police, dog warden and all the authorities have been informed. The dogs had already been out a week before I knew about it so the trailhound could be well out of this area. EileenLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Haven't a clue who this dog is and nobody has contacted me about it. I will make some enquiries tomorrow to see where the dog was re-homed from. The name doesn't ring a bell and I think it may be a name change. EileenLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

As soon as admin receive a picture and posters are e-mailed to helpers they need to be put up in the area a.s.a.p. lamposts, entrances to parks, vets, petshops, ask postie, milkmen, binmen (even put poster on bins), schools, deliver to houses etc. Handout smaller posters to people, especially dog walkers. Put A4 poster in car windows. RSPCA and rescue centres need checking regularly and preferably visited in person, by owner or someone who knows Spook & Buffy. xx Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
