- Marks & Scars Reddish hue to mouth area. Percy has a neurological condition (CH) so is wobbly with a very unsteady gait and a noticeable tremor. He cannot climb or jump in the same way as normal cats. He cannot scale a garden fence.

- Other Info Percy is not used to being out for long periods. He has never been outside over night. He has CH and is wobbly with a noticeable tremor. He has always been nervous and shaky around strangers.
