Probably stating the obvious but the Vet can give Millie a hormone injection to prevent any potential pregnancy as a result of her adventure - need to take her asap if this is important to her.

The lady that lives locally is an elderly lady, & I get the impression that her dog is older (apparently has quite stained fur). Maybe shes adopted Millie not realising shes being looked for after hers passed away?

Checked the Rochester one on the weekend & its definitely not Millie, its nose is lighter & they think it might be a cross. I have heard that someone saw her being walked in Cranford (UB3) but someone local tells me theres a lady 2 streets away from where this one was seen who has a Westie she has had from a puppy. So I think its unlikely there are 2 in that very small area.

Also, looking at their facebook page that dog was handed in on 2nd March. Millie was lost on the 3rd.

Ive been looking on this page regularly & following up all leads. The Swale one is not chipped & does not appear to have Westie sticking up ears. I have messaged the finder of the one found in NW5, its a boy. Im pretty sure I have messaged about the Salford one but it has been reunited with its owner, but Ill check. They were closed when I got this.

Oh, & yes to say that poor, poor little dog being clipped like that. It looks SO unhappy. Looking again its much smaller than Millie. I just hope it goes to a better home than the one its in.

Thanks skyinchair. Ive been keeping an eye on pets for sale but just missed this one. Ive emailed the seller offering more than shes asking (the reward) & saying I dont care how they came by the dog. We shall see. The other one on here (with a collar) is definitely not a Westie (have checked).

We were there on Friday and saw posters, but no sign of Millie! Have shared business and personal fb and twitter #Hounslow for auto retweet as well. Remember some months ago when a dog went missing in the park was a local person that found them not estate opposite Cranford Park but along from Avenue Park which is linked to Cranford Park by a small bridge over the river. Good luck x

Looking on a map the areas around the park are as follows Harlington, Cranford, Heathrow airport, Hayes & Southall. We think it was someone local as there were no other cars in the car park, so someone walking through at about 3pm - maybe with an entire male dog.If anyone has any contacts at the school (Cranford Park Primary School) that would be great too, though we have just put some posters up. She doesnt actually like children so will not make a good 'family' pet.

She is still missing! Shes so far away from home theres no chance of her finding her way back home & she hates being separated from me so will be very stressed out. She must NOT have puppies as she has a metal plate in her pelvis from an accident when she was young.
