Mathers22, its usually where vehicles form a triangular shape and stay close to each other, i.e bumper to bumper. Its used normally to slow traffic or catch baddies. I presume in this instance they spread across the lanes to avoid traffic going past them. Lucky BillyLast edited: 2015-01-26 17:01:22
